In JK we make 2 types of car cover, they are Customizing one (OEM)andUniversal type.

Normally for OEM type, we make it in 3 types of fabric,

• No1 Stain poly stretch with brushed back (For Ferrari cover and Lambogini cover)
• No 2 4 Way strech knitting fabri at 200gsm (For Porshi designed 4 color digital print cover)
• No3 the special weft knitting brush back polyester (For Austrilia top class indoor car cover)

For Universal type, we use below fabric

• No 1 Nonwoven material in single layer from 60~100gsm , multilayer ultrosonic non woven from SMS, SFS,SMSF etc
• No 2 Weaving polyester from 190T, 210T, 150D, 200D, 300D, could be one solid color or with the silver coating.
• No 3 Bonding mateiral, like polyester with cotton back, polyester with the poly brush back and some other very very special material.

Customizing: Any size and structure your prefere if you could provide the 3D file or template.

Software we use for customizing desinged ones: Solid works, AI, Coredraw, PS.
